What inspired you to pursue a career in real estate?

I truly enjoy making a real estate deal work, whether it is helping a first-time homebuyer or an experienced investor.

What do you consider your specialty?

Finding the best property for my investor clients, and working as a buyer’s agent for young couples. I feel I have a real knack for finding those unique properties that work best for the folks I am working with.

Of your professional affiliations and designations, what are the most important?

My Certified Property Manager designation and my degree in real estate management.

What’s your most significant professional achievement?

Teaching real estate math at GTCC and helping potential brokers and investors understand the complexities of real estate finance — from the calculations of qualifying buyers to the closing statement.

How do you approach difficult situations with clients?

I bring them all the facts and give them all the options that may be used. Never hold back things relevant to the deal, even if it means the deal won’t work.

What’s your business philosophy in one sentence?

Give more than your clients expect, and keep your word.

What words of wisdom do you have for prospective homebuyers?

Take your time finding the right broker and the right property. If it’s meant to be, you will have all your questions answered before you proceed.
