Grammy award nominee and Modern Rock Album of the Year Dove Award winner Sanctus Real will perform at FaithWalk’s second annual Fusion event Saturday at 485 Brightwood Church Road, Gibsonville.

Fusion, presented by Cox Toyota/Scion of Burlington, will partner with area churches, businesses, organizations and individuals to raise awareness and funds to send special needs children to Victory Junction camp.

“Fusion is about bringing together people throughout our community and region for a common goal — to celebrate our familiar interest in music, have lots of fun in a safe environment, and to help Victory Junction touch the lives of more children,” said Bill Gibson, lead pastor of FaithWalk. “Last year was wonderful, but this year’s event is slated to be an incredible experience for everyone involved.”

Sanctus Real has toured with some of the biggest names in the business, all the while entertaining both secular and Christian audiences alike. Additional artists slated to perform include 3:16, Layden, Great Awakening, and Ailyne.

Fusion is a family-friendly, free outdoor music festival that will be accepting donations toward efforts to support Victory Junction.

Festivities kick off with a benefit motorcycle ride that starts at 10 a.m. from Greensboro Harley-Davidson, ending on the grounds of FaithWalk at 12:15 p.m. Music begins at 1:30 p.m. Additional activities include area vendors, food and drinks, moonwalks and other events for children, and so much more.

The festival is free, however donations toward Victory Junction will be accepted at the gate.
