N.C. 2-year colleges examine illegal immigrant rules

RALEIGH (AP) — A new report suggests North Carolina's community colleges have three options: charge illegal immigrants out-of-state tuition, charge them in-state fees or continue to bar their enrollment.

The consultant's report was released Thursday as the state community college board examines a policy that bars illegal immigrants from the state's 58 community colleges. The strict policy was adopted last year amid questions about whether their enrollment violated federal law.

The report estimates the system could net about $1,700 per student if illegal immigrants paid out-of-state tuition. In-state tuition could cost taxpayers but create a better-trained work force. The report said barring such students would cost taxpayers nothing but lessen the quality of the state's work force.

Guess what folks, these folks are not supposed to be here.
They are putting NC citizens out of work, and cutting wages for the rest.
Heck they do not even buy the NR.
Round them up, send them home.

If they can pay for the out-of, or in-state tuition, what is the problem that is money coming into N.C. You complain they are sending money to Mexico. There are AMERICANS living in Mexico, they have not given up their American Citizenship, because they have a P.O.Box in the U.S.A. in order to have their SS and Retirement checks sent to the banks they use in the states and to have money wired to them in Mexico. They are known in Mexico as Blanco Mojado's
White Wetbacks. If there were no Mexicans here you would be up what is known as S#$T CREEK. No one in the United States does not have ancestor's from some where else unless you are one of the original American Indians, which I doubt you are. My ancestry back ground is Indian from my dad's side, Irish from my mom's side, If you are to send everyone back to their own people. You'll have to slice and dice. That includes your own family's. Not such a nice thought is it. Remember where your ancestry lies.
