The North Carolina Symphony will play a free concert June 19 at the Outdoor Pavilion at Roanoke Island Festival Park.
Parking will be available throughout the town of Manteo and on a first-come, first-served basis at Roanoke Island Festival Park.
Now in its eighth year, the $28,000 performance, which starts at 8 p.m., is underwritten by the Outer Banks Visitors Bureau. The Roanoke Island Festival Park donates the venue.
In case of rain, the concert will be held at the Centennial Pavilion at the Wright Brothers Memorial at Kill Devil Hills.
