Guilford County's 'most wanted'

Noelle Martin Moore, 35, is wanted by Greensboro police in connection with 11 charges of obtaining property by false pretense and seven charges of identity theft. Moore also is accused of using a fictitious name on a driver's license.

Moore has opened bank accounts with several banks using fraudulent Social Security numbers and driver's license numbers, police said. She then wrote checks on the accounts without money in them to cover the checks, police said.

Moore is white, 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs 200 pounds with brown hair and eyes. Her last known address is 3214 Brassfield Road, Apt. 1111, Greensboro.

Moore has gone by aliases including Noelle Martin and Noelle Secrest.

Stephen Ryan Rafferty, 23, is wanted by Greensboro police in connection with a break-in and theft from Page High School on Sept. 16. Rafferty has been charged with two felony charges of breaking and entering.

Police went to Page High to investigate a suspicious person. Security tape showed Rafferty in the school, carrying a radio. Radios valued at $480 were taken from two offices.

Rafferty is white, 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs 130 pounds with red hair and brown eyes. He has a tattoo on his left hand and a tattoo and a scar on his left forearm. His last known address is 2112 Maple St., Greensboro. He is known to drive a blue, 1989 Chevrolet Cavalier with license plate number XZZ-5128.
