Builders hold meeting on Jordan Lake rules

The Alamance Caswell Home Builders Association will host a meeting about new Jordan Lake rules at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Kernodle Senior Center, 1535 S. Mebane St. in Burlington. City Manager Harold Owen will explain the potential effects of state environmental regulations in Alamance County. 

Streams in Alamance, Guilford and Rockingham counties feed the lake, which supplies water for the neighboring Triangle.

Re/Max Realty plans foreclosures tour
 
Brian Mann and Josh Mann, brokers with Re/Max Realty Consultants, and West Williamson with Integrity Mortgage Group will hold a “First-time Homebuyer Foreclosure Roadshow” on Saturday.

During the event, first-time buyers will have the opportunity to tour available foreclosed homes in the Triad and learn more about the process for purchasing the homes.
