Rodney Lavern Murdock, 32, is wanted by Greensboro police on charges of breaking and entering and injury to personal property. According to police, Murdock was involved in burglaries Sept. 18 and Sept. 21 at a residence on McKnight Mill Road. Murdock is accused of forcing a glass door and removing a window air conditioner to steal nearly $4,000 worth of items, including jewelry, electronics, clothing and cash.
Murdock is described as a black man, 6 feet 2 inches tall and weighing 215 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He has tattoos on his left arm depicting a cross and the words “Out Law.” His last known address is 200 G Wind Hill Court, Greensboro.
Marcia Nelson Hernandez, 31, is wanted by Greensboro police on drug possession charges. According to police, Hernandez failed to appear in court on charges of felony possession of cocaine after she was arrested Sept. 22.
Hernandez told police she was looking for a man who was smoking crack while looking after a child. When police found the man at Greensboro Inn, he didn’t have a child with him, but they found a crack pipe, two bags that appeared to contain crack, and marijuana. Hernandez was charged in connection with those items.
Hernandez is described as a white woman, 5 feet 4 inches tall and 140 pounds. She has brown hair, blue eyes and a butterfly tattoo on her upper right shoulder. Her last known address is 437 Arlington St., Greensboro and she drives a 1989 Ford with N.C. plate PTM 2962 and a 1991 Pontiac Bonneville with N.C. plate RTL 2024.
