GREENSBORO - Grammy award winning hard rockers Slipknot will visit Greensboro during their first U.S. headline tour.
The 33-city tour will include a Feb. 9 performance at the Greensboro Coliseum's Special Events Center. Coheed and Cambria and Trivium will also perform.
An iTunes tickets presale will start on Dec. 3 and be open to those who took part in the band's digital album presale earlier this year. Internet presales via Ticketmaster will begin on Dec. 5.
Tickets for the general public will go on sale Dec. 6 at 10 a.m. at www.ticketmaster.com, Ticketmaster outlets or at the Greensboro Coliseum box office.
Tickets are $38.50. All seats are general admission.
The All Hope Is Gone World Tour marks Slipknot's first headline run in America since the release of the album in August. The band is currently playing in Russia, Japan, Australia and Europe.
