Muthoni Wambu will lead Hagan's staff and offices in North Carolina after working as Hagan's deputy campaign director. Colleen Flanagan will move to Washington to continue her role as communications director.

Melissa Midgett will move from her role as the campaign's deputy finance director to deputy state director. Forest Michaels will continue in her role as director of scheduling.
