Greensboro insurance company acquired
Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. said today it has acquired Roberts & Roberts Insurance Service Inc. in Greensboro. Terms of the deal were not disclosed in a news release.
Formed in 1994, Roberts & Roberts is a retail insurance broker providing commercial property-casualty and risk management services to clients in the Southeast. The company specializes in insurance coverage for the transportation, construction and manufacturing industries.
Wayne Roberts and his associates will continue to operate in their Greensboro location.
Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. is an international insurance brokerage and risk management services firm headquartered in Itasca, Ill.
