Officers say Motley is accused of stealing checks from a 97-year-old woman and then writing the checks out to himself.

Motley is described as a black man, 6 feet tall and 165 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.

Police say Motley is homeless. He should be considered armed and dangerous.
