City sets meeting for High Point Road corridor
GREENSBORO — City officials will present its plan for enhancing High Point Road and West Lee Street later this month.
The meeting will take place from 6 to 8 p.m. Oct. 22 at the Doubletree Hotel at 3030 High Point Road, near Business 40. A formal presentation and discussion will start at 6:30 p.m.
During the meeting, local residents will be able to review and comment on the draft of the plan aimed at creating new public and private investment, enhancing the area's appearance and function and improving levels of public safety and perception.
This plan covers the High Point Road/West Lee Street corridor from South Eugene Street to Business 40.
