The quality of justice in district court is contingent on the quality of evidence presented to the judge by attorneys or individuals appearing without counsel and the judge's application of the law without bias.
In criminal matters, is enough done to ensure that dangerous offenders aren't released prior to trial with insufficient supervision?

How can the court help steer troubled young people away from gangs of further criminal activity?
The court can fully utilize all programs available to it that are available in the community as well as all alternative sentencing programs available in the judicial system.
What are common mistakes judges make, and how can you avoid them?
Judges should maintain a judicial demeanor at all times in and out of curt when handling cases and dealing with the bar and citizens.

Voters can judge me by my past and present contributions to the community and the judicial system.
