David Dale Anderson, 35, is wanted by the Guilford County Sheriff's Office on charges of impersonating a police officer and obtaining property by false pretense.

Deputies say Anderson has portrayed himself as a police officer, a private investigator and a Blackwater operative to defraud people of property in exchange for protection or while making false arrests.

Anderson has been known to drive a blue 2000 Chevrolet Blazer with "K-9 Enforcement" in red letters on the side. He also is known to carry a 12-gauge shotgun, a .38 revolver and night-vision gear. He is described as a white man with brown hair, 6 feet 4 inches tall and weighing 250 pounds.

Deputies say he may be living in southwest Guilford County, but recently was living in northwest Greensboro.

LaRap Kemboo Smith, 35, is wanted by Greensboro police on charges of cocaine possession, public disturbance and resisting arrest.

Officers say that on Feb. 21, they stopped a vehicle and observed the passenger, Smith, making suspicious movements by pushing an object behind the driver's seat.

Officers searched the vehicle and found two bags of white powder, which tested positive for cocaine.

Smith failed to appear in court to face charges.

He is described as a black man, 6 feet tall and weighing 230 pounds. He has black hair and black eyes.

He has tattoos on both upper arms and a car tattoo on his right shoulder. His last known address is 1112 Duke St.
