WINSTON-SALEM -- Police have arrested a man and charged him with murder in a 2006 homicide.
Officers responded on Oct. 24, 2006, to 2698 Bethabara Road on a reported shooting. Officers found Cyrenius Fulks, 25, dead in front of the apartment.
Police announced today that the nearly two-year investigation has led to the arrest of Lithomas Dewayne Graham, 26. Graham is charged with first-degree murder.
Graham was in the custody of the N.C. Department of Correction on other charges and was brought back to Forsyth County as part of the investigation. He has previous drug and assault convictions and was convicted in 2007 of being a habitual felon. Graham is currently in jail without bond.
