DUKE (1-1)

Who: Navy (1-1)

When: Noon today

Where: Wallace Wade Stadium, Durham

Tickets: $25 reserved online at goduke.com or call (877) 375-3853. All active or retired military personnel receive up to four free tickets with valid military ID.

TV: ESPNU

Radio: WIST-98.3, WBAG-1150

Watch for: The return of Navy QB Kaipo-Noa Kaheaku-Enhada, who missed the season's first two games with a hamstring injury. The difference here is that Kaheaku-Enhada is a more accurate passer than stand-in Jarod Bryant, a converted RB. And while the Middies don't throw often, they tend to hit the big play when they do take to the air. Duke must be wary of the possibility.

N.C. STATE (1-1, 0-0 ACC)

Who: Clemson (1-1, 0-0)

When: Noon today

Where: Memorial Stadium, Clemson, S.C.

TV: WXLV-45

Radio: WSJS-600, WKXR-1260

Watch for: The Pack to concentrate on the ground game in the name of running the clock and minimizing the Tigers' play count. State will probably need a TD by its defense or special teams to win in Death Valley. Perhaps an interception return would do the trick. State does lead the nation in pickoffs, with six.

EAST CAROLINA (2-0, 0-0 C-USA)

Who: Tulane (0-1, 0-0)

When: 3 p.m. today

Where: Louisiana Superdome, New Orleans

Radio: WPET-950

Watch for: The Pirates to be 3-0. Last year, when Tulane featured current Chicago Bears RB Matt Forte, ECU rolled to a 35-12 win in Greenville. The Green Wave doesn't have Matt Forte anymore, and the Pirates do have QB Patrick Pinkney (41-51-0, 447 yards, 2 TDs).

N.C. A&T (2-0, 0-0 meac)

Who: Norfolk State (1-1, 0-0)

When: 4 p.m. today

Where: Dick Price Football Stadium, Norfolk, Va.

TV: ESPNU (taped at 10:30)

Radio: WNAA-90.1

Watch for: Norfolk State DT Dennis Marsh, a Northeast Guilford HS grad who started his college career at Maryland. He leads a defense with nine returning starters and can gum up the middle if not double-teamed. This is the Aggies' official MEAC opener. Winston-Salem State is still classified as a provisional and transitional member of the FCS and does not count in the MEAC standings.

ELON (1-1)

Who: Presbyterian (1-1)

When: 6 p.m. today

Where: Rhodes Stadium, Elon

Tickets: $15 online at elonphoenix.com or call 278-6750.

Radio: WPCM-920

Watch for: The renewal of an old rivalry. These two former South Atlantic Conference members have met 42 times, with Elon leading 22-18-2. Presbyterian has given up an average of 315.5 yards through the air in two games. Phoenix QB Scott Riddle (49-81-2, 454 yards, 4 TDs) should have a big day.

GUILFORD (1-0)

Who: Methodist (1-0)

When: 7 p.m. today

Where: Herb Appenzeller Field at Armfield Athletic Center, Greensboro

Tickets: Reserved $15; general admission $5 adults, $4 visiting students, free for Guilford College students and children younger than 12.

Webcast: stretchinternet.com

Watch for: Guilford would love to combine its high-powered offense (minus last week's six turnovers) with the kind of defensive effort that held Greensboro to 12 points and 35 yards rushing. Former Reidsville standout Erik Teague quarterbacks Methodist, which beat Campbell last week on four field goals and two defensive TDs.

ALSO PLAYING
