Live from Bristol, it’s Jim Grobe.
The Wake Forest football coach will have more platforms than an indecisive politician today when he makes the rounds at ESPN’s headquarters in Connecticut. He’s scheduled to appear in an online chat, on radio, on live TV, on taped TV and probably a medium or two to be determined.
“We’re going to makeup right now,” said Steve Shutt, Wake's sports information director, at 10:15 a.m. Here is Grobe’s schedule over the various ESPN entities:
10:40 a.m.: Live appearance on First Take (ESPN2)
11 a.m.: Taping of podcast
12:15 p.m.: Taping of interview on Scott Van Pelt Show (ESPN Radio)
12:30 p.m.: Live chat.
1 p.m.: Taping of interview for The Host List on ESPNews
1:20 p.m.: Possible live appearance on SportsCenter
1:30 p.m. Taping of interview for College Football Live (yes, this does sound like an oxmoron)
2 p.m.: Live appearance on ESPNews Overdrive College Football
