Lazorus Fredrico Beatty, 33, is wanted by Greensboro police on charges of attempted murder.

According to police, Beatty failed to appear in court Aug. 27 in connection with the attempted murder charge. He's accused of trying to kill Shantonia Harris on May 17 by shooting her in the leg and in the abdomen at 916 Hackett St.

Beatty is known to carry a concealed weapon, and police consider him armed and dangerous.

He is described as a black man, 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing 145 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. His last known address is 2205 Tuscaloosa St., Greensboro. He goes by the nickname Troy.

Rico Jermania Rogers, 36, is wanted by Greensboro police on charges of financial card theft, fraud, forgery and obtaining property by false pretense.

According to police, Rogers stole three credit cards and several checks from his grandfather and used them to make fraudulent purchases of gas, food and clothing. He also forged checks amounting to more than $1,200, according to police.

Rogers is described as a black man, 6 feet 3 inches tall and weighing 375 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. His last known address is 2923 Haig St. in Greensboro.
