GREENSBORO - Two teens were arrested Thursday night following a large fight after the Grimsley-Dudley high football game
Greensboro police responded to the bus parking lot of Grimsley High School at 10:21 p.m. to help off-duty officers break up a fight involving an estimated 150 people, said Lt. Dennis Willoughby of the Greensboro Police Department.
Officers used pepper spray to assist in dispersing the crowd and no injuries were reported. Officers were on the scene for around a half hour.
Police arrested Davon Antonio Harris, 16 and Davon Hairston, 17, both were charged with simple affray, Willoughby said.
Their addresses and schools were not immediately available.
Police are unsure what motivated the fight, but school resource officers at each school are expected to investigate the matter on Friday, Willoughby said.
