Sub restaurant robbed in Kernersville

KERNERSVILLE — Police are searching for a man who robbed Quiznos restaurant here on Wednesday night.

Kernersville police said a man entered the restaurant at 120-A Century Place Boulevard at 8:23 p.m. Wednesday. The man, police said, produced a gun and demanded money. The employees complied, and the man was last seen running toward South Main Street. Police did not say how much money was taken.

Police described the suspect as a black man who stands 6-foot-6 and has dreadlocks. He wore an Atlanta Braves baseball camp, a brown long-sleeve shirt and blue jeans.
