Furnitureland South opens new distribution center

JAMESTOWN -- Furnitureland South said today it has opened a new $15 million distribution center.
The renovation added 225,000 square feet to the existing 250,000-square-foot distribution center, according to a company news release. The center, which will also house Furnitureland South's corporate office, is the result of a project that began more than two years ago.
There is about 35,000 square feet of unused space to allow for future expansion.
