Wreck blocks lanes on I-85 south

A wreck is blocking two lanes of traffic on southbound Interstate 85.
The wreck occurred about 11:30 a.m. The right two lanes are closed near Groometown Road. The Department of Transportation expects the lanes to be closed until about 3:45 p.m. Updates are available here.
