Kenneth Rayshon James, 32, is wanted by both Greensboro police and the Guilford County Sheriff's Office on charges of assault with a deadly weapon and failure to appear in court.

Authorities say that on Dec. 30, 2005, James shot 23-year-old John Mitchell in the back at 1611 Fairfax Road.

James later pleaded guilty to a charge of assault with a deadly weapon, but failed to appear in court for sentencing in July 2007.

James is described as a black man, 6 feet 3 inches tall and weighing 195 pounds. He has a scar along his forehead and a gold tooth.

His last known address is 1905 Ewing Drive, but he is known to frequent several addresses in the area, especially along High Point Road.

Kristin Blair Killian, 22, is wanted by Greensboro police on fraud charges.

Police say Killian took fraudulent payroll checks to a local convenience store in February and March and cashed the checks.

She faces two counts of felony uttering a forged instrument and three counts each of felony obtaining property by false pretense and felony conspiracy.

Killian is described as a white woman, 5 feet 2 inches tall, 120 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.

Her last known address is 4603 McConnell Road in McLeansville.
