Jones has introduced a menu of contemporary comfort cuisine with fresh offerings such as Half Fried Flounder with Black-Eyed Peas and Fried Scallion Remoulade, Chilean Sea Bass with Fried Ginger and Garlic Sushi Rice, and Shrimp and Scallops over Smoked Grits with Red-Eye Gravy and Sauteed Spinach.
"We've really upgraded the food and made it more casual," Jones says.
