Joint Statement From Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina and Moses Cone Health System:
• Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina and Moses Cone Health System are working together towards reaching a reasonable contract.
• Steps have been taken to allow negotiations to continue.
• Our mutual hope is that a reasonable contract will be reached and that patients will benefit from receiving quality care at in-network benefit levels.
• We will not comment on the status of negotiations while they are in progress.
• No additional comments will be made at this time.
