Winston-Salem man found dead in Wilmington

The body of a person identified as a student at East Carolina University was found in front of a townhouse around 1:30 a.m. Sunday in Wilmington.
Police identified the student as 20-year-old Samuel Paul Finn of Winston-Salem. A police spokeswoman says there had been an altercation involving several men a short time before the body was found.
As of Sunday evening officials had not determined Flinn's cause of death, the Star-News of Wilmington reported.
