I-40 West to close in Winston-Salem tonight

WINSTON-SALEM - Westbound Interstate 40 will be closed tonight at U.S. 421 for resurfacing work.
The closure, at exit 188, will be from 9 p.m. Monday to 6 a.m. Tuesday, according to the N.C. Department of Transportation.
Drivers on I-40 West should follow the detour by taking U.S. 421 North to Lewisville-Clemmons Road and back to I-40 West.
The left two lanes of I-40 West will remain closed on Tuesday from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.
