Pedestrian injured in High Point

HIGH POINT - A pedestrian was injured by debris from a hit-and-run accident early Tuesday morning, police said.
The pedestrian hit by a mirror that came off a vehicle at 6 a.m. at the intersection of Surrett Drive and West Fairfield Road, High Point police said.
The pedestrian was taken to High Point Regional Hospital, but was not seriously injured.
