BOYS
Runners to watch: Seniors Corey Albrecht, Joe Zhan and Nathan Fuchs.
Expectations: "Boys will need to work to make the states," Boulton says.
2009 result: Fourth place in Piedmont Triad, 13th place in Midwest Regional.
Runners they'll miss: Joel Shuford (All-Piedmont Triad).
GIRLS
Runners to watch: Caitlin Spinks, Adrianna Sarrimanolis, Kostantina Sarrimanolis, Shelby Jones, Carly Misenheimer and Kristen Edwards.
Expectations: "We can finish high in the conference and with work have a shot at qualifying (for the state meet)," Boulton says.
2009 result: Second place in Piedmont Triad, seventh place in Midwest Regional.
Runners they'll miss: Tori Shelton (All-Piedmont Triad).
