Impress your significant other with your frugality and altruistic tendencies this holiday season by checking out some deals at the hospice seasonal store in Burlington.
Nothing is more than $3 at the store, which is run by The Hospice League of Alamance-Caswell. Sale is good until Dec. 12
Items available include clothes for kids and adults, shoes, pocketbooks, new socks and gift wrapping paper.
The store is at the Burlington Outlet Village. Hours are Monday through Saturday, 10 to 5.
It's at 2308 Corporation Parkway beside the Hospice clothing store.
Hospice volunteers will also wrap your gifts for free at the Burlington Outlet Village on Fridays and Saturdays from noon to 7 and Sundays from to 1 6 through Christmas Eve.
All proceeds support the 12-bed hospice home in Burlington.

In related happenings, the hospice league is hosing a candle-lighting ceremony Dec. 19. More than 1,000 candles will brighten the hospice home and grounds.
The candles will burn each night until New Year's Day.
Luminaries are $6 each or 3 for $15.
They can be bought in memory someone at the Hospice League office at 914 Chapel Hill Road.
Luminaries must be received by Dec. 12 to be printed in the league's program booklet.
