Has it really come to this: tweeting through a miscarriage?

I am not the most technologically savvy, so I'm not on Facebook and I don't Twitter. But what does this say about us? What does it say about humanity?

Get A Clue

Each new invention brings unintended consequences. The original 'party line' phone gave us the opportunity to eavesdrop. Twitter is not all that much different than the advent of the camcorder--people bagan feeling a need to film every aspect of their lives (in the maternity room, in the bedroom) and then to share it with the rest of the world--as YouTube now easily allows.
Dignity and respect trump all inventions. Personally, I find very little of either in Twitter or organized religion.
