The past few weeks, we have been very busy preparing for our son's first Christmas. There's a lot of excitement surrounding that. And in all the rush of buying presents for everyone in the family and baking cakes and cookies, I totally forgot to get the dogs Christmas gifts.
I was pushing Noah through Walmart one evening last week, on the way to buy some dog food. And when we approached the pet section, I saw a display of pet stockings. I said, "Oh my gosh, Noah! We didn't get your doggies anything for Christmas!"
Not that the dogs know the difference, but we do. And when Noah gets older, he will. So I picked out a couple of items for each dog -- toys and bones. And I have a feeling Santa will leave something in their stockings also.

We have hung stockings for Greta and Cassie every year that we've had them, right along with ours. Theirs are dog-bone shaped and have their pictures in them.
Will your pets get anything special for Christmas this year?
