Yoga for runners -- times two

Two yoga classes for runners will begin in March. Many runners find that yoga helps develop flexibility and reduces the chances of injury.

Ann is great! I take her Friday morning 6am yoga class at the Y, and there are a bunch of real runners in there (though I am not one of them). She has a great sense of humor and is so accepting.
