There's no excuse not to throw a great Mardi Gras party, particularly with the help of Zartarain's, a producer of New Orleans-style (Cajun) food products.
In a promotion to "set the record for th the world's largest Mardi Gras party," the company is giving away 1,000 house parties across the country on Fat Tuesday, Feb. 16. The package includes a sampling of Zatarain's products like jambalaya or red beans and rice, beads, games, recipes, and more. Nearly everything but the parade.
