The Mountaineers are in for some good eats
After some stiff bidding, Pepper Moon Catering was awarded a contract to cater the VIP suites for all of the home football games at Appalachian State University this year.
That's not small potatoes. Appalachian State's new stadium houses 18 luxury suites. In addition to the VIPs, Pepper Moon will be catering around 600 folks at the Club level, says Meredith Williams who owns Pepper Moon with Bill Schneider.
Pepper Moon will be working with The Red Onion Cafe in Boone to pull off the events. Six home games are scheduled and then Pepper Moon will handle any additional playoff games.
Williams is an Appalachian alumnus, so she's quite pleased. Go Mountaineers!
